This memorandum summarizes Hitler's comments on the "preliminary time¬table" for the invasion of Poland, submitted to him by the Supreme Command of the Armed Forces. The gist of these comments is to preserve secrecy at all costs so that the element of surprise will not be lost, and to make certain that each element of the invasion force is adequately trained and prepared to execute the duties assigned to it. This document is a typewritten carbon copy of good quality on stable paper.
