This document is an English-language translation of a German document related to the Army's treatment of British sabotage troops. The document is, in fact, a series of five documents that reflect the German Army's effort to formulate a workable, effective policy against sabotage troops without impairing its own use of similar tactics. The predominant attitude here is to regard British sabotage troops as bandits engaged in illicit acts of warfare in effect, terrorismand to treat them not as POWs but as terrorists, i.e., to execute them without trial. This document is a typewritten copy of good to poor quality on very brown, brittle paper.
