This document, a typewritten mimeograph of adequate quality, carries two news items. The first item reports the appointment of Major Harald Sund as prosecutor for the cases against German war criminals in Norway. More remarkably, Arntzen estimates that 300 German war criminals will be indicted for major crimes. The second item reports that the Finnish Government will probably resign or dissolve the Diet if its War Guilty Bill is not approved. The paper is stable but the transparent tape is yellowing.
