This document is a summary of an interrogation conducted on the noted date. Frank elaborates on the plunder, and what he represents as the safekeeping, of artwork in Poland. He claims to have intervened in the case of University of Cracow professors who were interned at Oranienburg and denies having said that the Poles did not need schools or universities. Franks seems to have given contradictory answers to questions related to food rations for Germans and Poles, and to malnutrition. This document is a typewritten copy of very good to fair quality on browning paper.
