This document is a transcript of an interrogation of the witness conducted on the noted date. The Interrogation Division Summary of this interrogation appears earlier in this volume of the Donovan Archive. The chief feature of this transcript is Frank's contention that he opposed Hitler's government on legal grounds and that he was kept in his position as Governor General of Poland as a punishment for having denounced the lawlessness of the Nazi regime and Hitler's dictatorial rule (pp. 10-13). This document is a typewritten carbon copy of adequate to good quality on thin, browning paper.
