This document is a summary of an interrogation conducted on the noted date. Frick explains that he saw himself as Hitler's executive officer, and as such was obliged to support and execute Hitler's program concerning the Jews. Left to his own devices, Frick says, he would have deprived the Jews only of their citizenship rights. He continues to accept responsibility for all laws signed by him. The summary includes a statement of the exclusions and curtailments in effect against the Jews by 1943. The document is a typewritten copy of very good to adequate quality on browning paper.
