Karl August Fagerholm

This document is a typewritten mimeograph copy of two news items. The first item reports the ongoing debate in the Finnish Diet over the War Guilty Bill and the intention of the Finnish Government to make this bill the subject of a confidence vote (see preceding document 63.01 "Finnish cabinet may resign if War Guilt Bill not Passed"). The second item reports Speaker Fagerholm's assertion that the Finnish Diet must follow the lead of the Allies in deciding "that the war-guilty must fall into the same category as war criminals." The print quality is good and the paper stable, albeit yellowed. The transparent tape also is yellowed.
