This memo recapitulates the witness's background as the major German steel producer, ardent German nationalist, and Nazi sympathizer, and summarizes the involvement of the Roechling Combine in rearming Germany and in the German war effort. The memo cites seven counts on which Hermann Roechling could be considered a war criminal and proposes interrogative approaches to encourage Roechling to provide information about the wartime activities of other German industrialists. This document is a typewritten original of very good to excellent quality. Page one is brown but stable; pages 2-3 are slightly browning and in good condition.
