This document is an English-language translation of a German letter from Frank-Fahle to Dr. Ilgner that describes in some detail von Thermann's activities in Latin and South America, particularly Argentina, on behalf of the Nazi regime and German business interests, and the involvement of the Auslandsorganisation (A.O.) in providing German firms with local cover, or camouflage (Tarnung). This document is a typewritten Photostat copy of very good to adequate quality on heavyweight paper in good condition.
