This document is a report summarizing the disarray of the German Intelligence Service (GIS), which worked inefficiently and eventually (near the end of the war) disintegrated due to internal dissention, competition, jealousy, distrust, and rivalry. The report quotes various GIS personnel to this effect Pages 1-3 are typewritten carbon copies of excellent quality on thin, browning paper in stable condition; pages 4-8 are original typewritten sheets of superb quality on marginally browning, medium-weight paper in good condition. Page seven bears an original signature of Andrew H. Berding.
