This document is an internal communication summary evidently conceived along the lines of a daily newsletter. This number (56) contains procedural information pertaining to motor pool pick-up points, OCC office hours, the Court House cafeteria, and the messenger service. It also reports the ongoing status of the volunteer typist pool "to take care of material that cannot be handled by the Germans" (point 3). This bulletin also announces a concert of music by German composers, and personnel assignments to internal security. This document is a typewritten copy. Page one is browning and its typescript is poor; some lines are almost illegible. Page 2 is clearly printed on good paper.
