This memo recounts the arrival in Nurnberg of the London Evidence Collection and Analysis Section and its integration with the OCC Documentation Division. The memo describes the process of generating Staff Evidence Analyses and states the need for additional personnel to examine and correlate the documentary evidence, which the various Divisions of the OCC are producing in great volume. The memo makes several recommendations concerning division of labor and inter-sectional coordination, always with the provision that central control and supervision be maintained. This document is a typewritten copy of fair to poor quality on browning, brittle paper.
