This memo presents detailed information about procedural matters within the OCC, and at the Nuremberg Trials generally, regarding the following: a uniform method for the preparation of trials briefs; a list of documents for deposit in Defendants' Information Center; authentication of Photostats and translations, respectively; designation of witnesses for use at trial; various administrative matters related to office equipment, work shifts, etc.; special projects, such as visual evidence (charts, models, etc.), still photographs, and film evidence; and notes on translating and interpreting procedures and the return of internees to localities. This document is a typewritten carbon copy on brown, brittle paper.
