This document records the minutes of the titular meeting. As the opening of the trial approaches, the OCC is fine-tuning its preparations in order to match the evidence to the allegations, and discontinuing its efforts in certain areas, such as evidence-collecting field trips. The United States is seen to bear the "responsibility for the entire case [as well as to] set the tone and pace for it" (p.1). Trial strategy, particularly in terms of evidence presentation, is a chief concern here, as is document sharing, to which the assembled staff is disinclined. This document is a typewritten carbon copy of adequate quality on thin, slightly browning paper.
