Abstract:
The "Preface" of this document states, "In this study it is intended to list the major types of crimes for which Hermann Goering can be indicted, subdivided into more specific types." In identifying Goering's complicity in each type of crime, this report attempts "to outline a) specific acts constituting the type of crime in question, and the evidence available or still needed for proving such acts; b) the basis for Goering's responsibility for the commission of such acts, including positions held relating to crimes involved, decrees, orders, and other documents bearing on his jurisdictional responsibility, and statements by Goering and others showing his responsibility; as well as the applicable laws and the possible weakness of the evidence. Another copy of this document appears in Volume XCVI of the Donovan Archive. The present document is a typewritten mimeograph copy of fair to good quality on good paper in very good condition.
