This document is a transcript of an interrogation conducted on the titular date. The transcript shows Jodl submitting a written statement to supplement his testimony of 28 August. In summarizing the substance of the statement, Jodl notes "the general sentiments of the Officers Corps in the years 1937 and 1938"; preparations for "mobilization and marching into war, especially in the case of' Green"; and a declaration of "my conception of obedience" (p.2). The balance of the transcript concerns the Germans intention to occupy Memel in the case of an armed conflict between Poland and Lithuania, and Jodl's involvement in Germany's armament program. This document is a typewritten carbon copy of fair to adequate quality on thin, slightly browning paper.
