This document is a transcript of an interrogation of the witness conducted on the noted date. The Interrogation Division Summary of this interrogation appears earlier in this volume of the Donovan Archive. Frank explains his responsibilities and actions as Governor General of Poland, and his complex attitude toward the Jews and how the "Jewish problem" in Germany should be solved. He admits to having approved of the Nuremberg Laws at the time of their decree and elides the issue of their antagonism to German law. The document is a typewritten carbon copy of very good to good quality on thin, browning paper.
