This document is effectively an enumerated list of the minutes of a Board of Review meeting. The main item of business is interrogations, about which some difficulties seem to have occurred. This memo describes a procedure by which witnesses might be produced in an expeditious fashion and summaries of all interrogations made available to all interested parties. The other topics addressed are reflected in KEYWORDS, below. This document is a typewritten copy of good quality on very brown, brittle paper.
