This interrogation summary relates a brief account of Bilfinger's career in terms of "his activities in the various police posts held by him" (p.1) and reports his explanation of the formal agreement signed between OKH, OKW, and RSHA regarding the coordination of Einsatz Commando Units with the German Army on the Eastern front. Having received little in the way of specific information about the actions of these units, the interrogator characterizes Bilfinger as evasive and reticent. This document is a typewritten copy of good quality on very brown, brittle paper.
