"Subdivision 59 / Regulations, Information Bulletins and General Memoranda"
59.06 (info. bullet. 55)
26 October 1945; 3 November 1945
This document is an internal communication summary evidently conceived along the lines of a daily newsletter. This number (55) contains procedural items related to telephone numbers and the Court House cafeteria. Point 2 alludes to "some confusion in the recent past and ... some embarrassment" having been caused by OCC personnel making direct requests to the Military Government, and states that all such contact should be channeled through the Administration Division. Point 3 refers to a group of German typists who are working on document production. Curiously, this document bears the penciled notation "Read + destroy" in the upper right corner of the first page. This document is a typewritten copy on browning, fragile paper.
