54.02 (Dean memo)
Colonel Gill; Colonel Fitzgerald
In this memo, Gordon Dean attempts to explain how the Public Relations Division of USFET can serve the Office of U.S. Chief of Counsel (in connection with the upcoming trials of Nazi war criminals) by providing "personnel and equipment." Dean identifies the immediate needs of the OCC, which concern the accreditation newspaper correspondents and their messing, billeting, etc., as well as communications, at the end of the memo.
