61.03 (Schlabrendorff memo to Donovan, 5 November 1945)
English; the translator is Mrs. Plummer.,
General Donovan; Moelders; Prien; Hitler
This memo refers to the concentration camp internment and subsequent death of "Two well known German officers ... Moelders and ... Prien" and suggests that Goering be interrogated about the circumstances of the former case and Doenitz be interrogated about the latter. A handwritten note in faint pencil below the text appears to read, "I've sent original to Col. Amen. / Have this for Cross. Ex." This document is a typewritten carbon copy of excellent quality on thin, browning paper.
